CreativeInterventions coach, Dr Donna Willis, is a Registered and Chartered Occupational Psychologist.   Her coaching is transformational and she has achieved remarkable results with leaders and professionals at all levels.  She believes in working with people’s strengths and personal resources to help them be the best they can be. Her style is compassionate yet challenging.

Her learning journey as a coach began over 20 years ago under the tutorage of Olympic hurdler, Sir David Hemery.  She went on to access Masterclasses with the former School of Coaching, working with pioneers such as Tim Gallewey and Myles Downey. Her learning continued with Gita Bellin, a leading figure in the drive for global transformation, specifically through ‘Conscious Evolution’.  Gita’s impact on her practice was profound in helping her take a more holistic approach to developing people.

Whilst developing as a coach, she studied psychology at Degree and Master’s Level. In 2011, she achieved Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered as an Occupational Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).  Donna is a former Committee Member of the BPS Special Group for Coaching Psychology (SGCP).
